Mimi has been online since 2001, is 30 and is an Australian. Mimi is not blonde in real life but maintains blondeness online because RL blondeness wouldn't suit her complection.

Fandom history includes Baldur's Gate, Dragonball Z, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy pan-fandom (including FFVII, FFVIII, FFIV, FFIII, FFX, FFXII and Kingdom Hearts), Whoniverse (Doctor Who and Torchwood) and now Transformers.

Mimi is old enough to have seen TFTM in the cinema when it was first released, and never held any sort of grudge against Hot Rod for being Optimus' replacement, in fact claims Roddy as her most favourite character in all Transformers, closely followed by Ultra Magnus and then Optimus Prime. In fact, Mimi has declared those three her OT3.

Mimi suffers from plotbunnies frequently but has no endurance to write long fics, so rarely ever writes since her plotbunnies are frequently epic ones.  Her two current tenacious bunnies are the Griever-bunny (a huge complex Final Fantasy crossover plotbunny ultimately based on the GF Griever being a future version of Squall Leonhart) and the Cyber-bunny (a bunny that started as a humble threesome bunny that got mutated by an idea of how to resolve G1 animated continuity with Primus, and then linked itself to the Griever-bunny so now they are the same continuity).  These two bunnies are very much a pain in the proverbials for the Fishgirl.

Mimi does have some role-play experience, having been in two big multi-fandom Livejournal games and a handfull of smaller ones in and around 2004. Mimi hopes she is over the RP burnout that made her stop playing, because Magnus does happen to be her second most favoured character.

Mimi's other hobbies include reading fanfiction - a lot - and playing the Sims 2, where she has sims of Optimus, Magnus, Megatron, Soundwave, Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Sunstorm, and a couple of fan characters Jetstorm and Dawnwar (Jetstorm being a clone of Starscream made up by Miss Kalloway, Dawnwar being a bratty younger sister of Starscream, inspired by the Vardia Starscream toy).

Mimi tries to collect Transformers toys, but the process of doing so is slow due to lack of money and other items that she wishes to buy.  Currently she has a G1 Jetfire and a Masterpiece Starscream very cosy next to her computer monitor.
