Altmode: GMC tow truck of unknown make and model

Tech Specs: His towing arm transforms into his long range "quagma cannon".  With his gun, and his noticeable lack of sufficient armor while in robot mode, perhaps he would be best as a sniper?

Canon History

Longarm's only bit of canon history is the fact that he was the 'Mike's Towing' tow truck that Mikeala used to tow the legless Bumblebee to safety with, during the final battle against the Decepticons in Mission City.  At some point, the cube came in direct contact with the simple earth truck, and much like the Mountain Dew machine and the X-box, Longarm was brought to life.  But perhaps due to the fact he was not hit with a shock wave from the Allspark, or perhaps because he was already in use, (thankfully, for Mikaela and Bumblebee's sake,) he did not transform and run wild like the other Allspark babies.  Instead, he was successfully driven and helped Mikaela and Bee defeat Brawl with no one being the wiser that he had become a Tranformer endowed with a spark.

Cracktran History

Some time after the battle in Mission City, Longarm slowly became aware of his surroundings - and of his own conciousness.  Filled with a desire to 'drive himself' as well as find the others he had first come in contact with after his creation (thanks to his vague memories of the final battle,) Longarm drove away from Mission City on his own...where he promptly got lost along Route 66 while playing bad country music (his favorite type of music, thanks to a surly tow truck driver who owned him before he was sparked.)

Thankfully, the kind Protectobot Hotspot picked up Longarm's transmissions, and he and his brother, First Aid, drove out to California to bring the young bot home to the base, where he has resided ever since.

He may have eventually picked out his name, but it is unclear if he has ever transformed or not. He seems content to remain a truck, though that might change.  Thumbs are nice, nice things, YES.

Longarm is a very kind, innocent sparkling.  He doesn't understand hate, or anger, and he's never experienced anything more painful then a simple trip to the mechanics.  He likes to help out around the base, probably due to his original job as a tow truck.  And after Slagfest2007, there was plenty of work to be had.
