Canon History (yoinked from fansites)

A member of the Cobalt Sentries, a public safety unit attached to the Decepticon Secret Police, comprised of elite soldiers regularly clad in blue armor. She exercises her abilities suppressing insurgents or exposing resistance activities in the Decepticon-controlled regions of planet Cybertron or on occupied worlds, and has the unconditional authority to arrest and execute any citizens suspected of disrupting the Decepticons' steel order. Possessed of graceful bearing and elegance, she is also extremely severe and uncompromising, and will silence backtalking subordinates with a sharp roar. In combat, she employs a Feedbacker Shield, which absorbs, modulates, and redirects energy weapons back at enemies.

Cracktran History

Howlback crash-landed on earth and manged to damage herself enough in the process to cause her receiver systems to pick up human radio and play through her mental audio 24-7.  The very first song she heard was Pink's 'Hollaback girl', and it's been running through her processors ever since.

After getting further damned aidding int he hunt for the Bombshell drones, she managed to get her fellow cassette Glit to repair her, all while tormenting the poor pacifistic medic with wanton glee.  She plans to play with the kitten more in the future, no doubt about it.

Howlback is arrogant, cocky, sarcastic, and full of the famed Cat Superiority Complex.  Her chief loyalties lie with Lord Megatron alone, though as her creator, Soundwave still holds a place deep down in her black little spark.

In her spare time she enjoys long spying strolls through the vent system, tormenting bots smaller (and not-so-much smaller,) then herself, killing things, coming up with ways to aggrivate Glit, and calculate how much longer it will take before Ravage tries to jump her in sexual despiration.
